1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty
Coverage: This 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty ("Warranty") covers your computer hardware ("Product") against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). The Warranty is provided by Custom PC Building and applies to the original purchaser of the Product ("Customer").
Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover:
Modifications: Any damage or defects arising from any modification or alteration of the Product by the Customer or any third party not authorized by the Manufacturer.
Removal of Parts: Damage or defects resulting from the removal, replacement, or addition of components or parts not authorized or recommended by the Manufacturer.
Misuse and Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling of the Product, including but not limited to dropping, spilling liquids, exposure to extreme temperatures, or exposure to environmental conditions beyond the recommended specifications.
Software Issues: Software-related issues, including but not limited to operating system crashes, software compatibility problems, and data loss. The Manufacturer is not responsible for data recovery, backup, or restoration of any software or data.
External Accessories: Any damage or defects in accessories, peripherals, or components not originally included with the Product, such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and speakers.
Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or any other normal wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the Product.
Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from attempts to repair the Product by unauthorized service providers or technicians.
Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, lightning, or power surges.
Warranty does not cover promotional items.
Manufacturer's Obligations: During the Warranty Period, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product or its components, free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
Customer's Obligations: To obtain service under this Warranty, the Customer must:
Contact the Manufacturer's customer support or authorized service center for instructions on how to proceed with a warranty claim.
Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the Product's serial number.
Allow the Manufacturer or its authorized representatives to inspect and diagnose the Product to determine the nature of the defect.
Limitation of Liability: The Manufacturer's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product or its components as determined by the Manufacturer. In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of the Product, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.
Governing Law: This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Product was purchased, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement: This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Manufacturer and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements.
Please keep a copy of your purchase receipt and this Warranty for your records. This Warranty is valid only in the jurisdiction where the Product was originally purchased.
